Hey Honey is a dining experience that took place in the French countryside, in the Loire Valley region. Helped by a French chef, I have created a supper club designed around a local honey. We developed a bespoke menu and environment to give our guests a unique moment. Honey was used in many different ways and subtle touches, from the opening cocktail to the dessert. I designed the whole concept; the style, the set design and I hosted the dinner while helping in the kitchen. A great and challenging project I was proud to run on my own.
