Tea Room is a supper club I hosted in Paris. We created a menu around teas. The chef and I explored the diversity of tea flavors through a four course menu along with wine and cocktails chosen to go with each course. We curated this bespoke experience by creating an immersive floral installation in a prestigious Haussmannien Parisian apartment. The tablescape combined vintage glassware, teaware, and embroidered napkins that embellished the experience. From the menu to the music, every detail has been considered so that our guests could have the best journey and a delightful night. We surprised them until the end by serving an herbal tea with fresh fruit liquor from our garden.
